Childbirth Options Education

Birth is about so much more than labor. Understanding how your body works, what your options are, and how to make informed decisions can transform your birth experience.

My Childbirth Options Education class is a comprehensive, evidence-based course designed to help you approach birth with confidence. Together, we'll explore the physiology of labor, the hormonal process of birth, comfort measures, pain management options, common medical interventions, informed decision-making, birth settings, advocacy, and what to expect during the immediate postpartum period. My goal is to help you understand not only what your options are, but when and why you might choose them.

Classes are personalized to fit your schedule and can be held in person or via Zoom. Whether you prefer an immersive full-day class, two half-day sessions, or shorter lessons spread over several weeks, we'll create a schedule that works best for you and your family.

Investment

The investment for Childbirth Options Education is $450 and includes personalized instruction, flexible scheduling, and plenty of time for discussion and questions. Payment is due before your first class unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
